Everyone is encouraged to walk among the rows of tents in the pre-1840's living history village called a rendezvous encampment. You'll feel like you've stepped back in time as you stroll among folks dressed in colonial attire, or maybe dressed like grizzled old mountain men. You are welcome to take a look at the wares offered in the tents along Trader's Row. These are the same type of goods our pioneer ancestors might have looked for at the nearest trading post!
Events you might like to watch will be:
- Black powder muzzle loader rifle shooting contests
- Tomahawk throwing competitions
- Knife throwing competitions
- Archery competitions
- Historic portrayals
- Camp cook-offs

- Draft pony exhibit at E & P Livery
- Historic demonstrations
- Period style games for kids and adults alike
- Visit Trader's Row

Pre-Registration is encouraged if you are planning on camping in
the Living History encampment.
